"Arepas"
Arepa is a dish made of ground corn dough or cooked flour, very popular in Venezuela, Colombia and other Spanish-speacking countries. The arepa is a flat, round, unleavened patty made of cornmeal or flour which can be grilled, baked, boiled or fried. The characteristics vary by color, flavour, size, thickness, garnishment and the food with which it may be stuffed, depending on your likeness or region. Arepa is a native sort of bread made of ground corn (or flour), water and salt, it can be topped or filled.
"Kaxapas"
Kaxapas or Cachapas are made with fresh ground corn mixed into a thick batter and cooked on the grill, like pancakes; The Kaxapa is slightly thicker and lumpier because of the pieces from corn kernels.
"Patacón or Tostón"
tostones (From the Spanish verb "tostar" which means "to toast") or patacones are a popular side dish in many Latin American countries. The dish is made from sliced green (unripe) plantains and served as a sandwich with thin, fried plantains subbing for a bread. It's stuffed with all kinds of ingredients, lettuce and sauce.

"Arepas"
La Arepa es un platillo elaborado de harina de maíz, popular en Venezuela, Colombia y otros países de habla hispana. La Arepa es una especie de pan rebanado, redondo y aplastado, que puede ser echado a la plancha, horneado o frita. Sus características varían de color, sabor, tamaño, grosor y rellenos, dependiendo de su preferencia o región.
"Kaxapas"
Kaxapas ó cachapas, están hechas con maíz molido fresco mezclado en una pasta espesa y se cocinan a la plancha como panqueques.

"Patacón o Tostón"
Tostones o Patacones, son un plato popular en muchos países de Latinoamérica. El plato esta hecho de plátano y se sirve como un sandwich, de tostadas delgadas de plátano en vez de pan. Estos están rellenos con una variedad de ingredientes, lechuga y salsas.
